As a leading control panel software provider, iPortalis helps large enterprise customers and channel partners to quantify usage, save costs, operate efficiently and improve multi-vendor cloud service utilisation through a single self-service portal.  Solving the pain points of enterprise cloud migration and subscription management, we enable organisations to rapidly align their IT towards critical business outcomes for their customers.

We have a powerful billing service with real-time contract checks, managing fixed and variable charges with real-time currency conversions; re-invoicing out on one bill to all clients’ operating country entities.  We deliver employee life cycle management and subscription control, visualisation and insights into their existing IT & communications estate with fast user adoption.  Our quantification and cost analysis of those services across their global organisation allows key decision makers to make informed strategy planning, service procurement and renewal decisions.  Our focus is to work with our customers one critical IT service at a time, which allows us to accelerate core value and free up working capital to invest into other transformative business initiatives.

Sales Development Executive (UK - Harrogate)

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales Division in the role of Sales Development Executive.

You will be a member of our rapidly growing global sales organisation responsible for qualifying leads, generating pipeline and ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience as they grow within our organisation. You will be the front line of our business presenting iPortalis to our prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound leads from our marketing team and converting them into sales opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding quote for qualified opportunities into our field sales teams
  • Making a minimum number of calls per day (to be agreed) with the additional support of our marketing team
  • Ensuring that customers are a fit to what we do and to ensure you capture accurate customer intelligence
  • Articulating the iPortalis value proposition whether over video, email or phone
  • Rapid identification of our customers “jobs to be done” – how we can help them solve one challenge at a time
  • Providing mind blowing demonstrations of our platform and services perfectly aligned to our customers’ requirements
  • Working alongside our sales, marketing and customer success teams to develop and consistently evolve best practice.

Key Skills

Enterprise Account Manager (UK - Flexible Locations)

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales Division in the role of Enterprise Account Manager.

You will be a member of our rapidly growing global sales organisation responsible for qualifying leads, generating pipeline and ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience as they grow within our organisation. You will be the front line of our business presenting iPortalis to our prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding upsell revenue quota and retention goals for existing customers
  • Becoming the trusted advisor to our customers and ensure a proactive relationship with key stakeholders and sponsors
  • Working with our executive leadership and product teams to identify scalable expansion propositions to drive incremental revenue
  • Developing and executing digital expansion campaigns together with our digital marketing team, executive leadership and key suppliers
  • Ensuring rigour in your forecasting tracking critical revenue and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Working with your customer to convert digital insights they derive from our platforms into revenue
  • Being the customer advocate and ensure rapid lines of escalation to our senior leadership team

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management
  • Strong technical knowledge of collaboration, compute, desktop and networking environments
  • Mature negation skills required for working in an expansion role
  • Strong account planning and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes
  • Excellent communication skills across all modes
  • Must be self-directed and self-motivated

  • Create and drive revenue within a specific sales region, sector or against a specified list of accounts
  • Not just hit quota but take it out of the park!
  • A mature and structured approach to selling into the enterprise space
  • Without question you have to ensure you are consistently at + – 5% of your forecast
  • 100% commitment to our customers success
  • You will be required to rapidly articulate our value to customers, in order to pivot towards a specific revenue outcome, so it’s essential that you are able to do this
  • Critically you must have incredible focus on sales execution and the ability to drive a prioritised plan which you will be accountable for

Key Requirements:

  • You have to be a sales hunter and closer with incredible business acumen who can identify, prospect and close a deal
  • Excellent track-record and demonstrable Sales and account management selling software into the enterprise space, working at a senior level
  • We are looking for WebEx rockstars!  You need to have had experience in selling the Cisco collaboration portfolio of services and subscription sales – we’re in the Cloud world now!
  • You must be curious and not scared to ask the difficult questions to uncover a prospect’s needs, motivations and pain points
  • Exceptionally client focused with the ability to operate across all sales touch points in an enterprise including executive and C-level
  • Strong account planning and ability to manage multiple complex deals to close
  • Exceptional at communicating across any media
